Refund policy

At Ember & Earth, we want you to love your jacket. If for any reason you don’t, you have:

  • 14 days from delivery to notify us you’d like to return or exchange (EU legal right of withdrawal).

  • 90 days from delivery under our extended store policy to send it back in the same condition you received it — unused, unwashed, with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to our Exchange / Returns Portal and submit your request.

  2. Package your item securely.

  3. Send it to our returns address below.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

We can exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style of equal value.

  • If you’d like to upgrade to a higher-priced item, you’ll just pay the difference.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered by the customer unless:

  • The item was defective,

  • Or we sent the wrong product.

We recommend using tracked shipping for safe delivery.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned or exchanged under the same conditions.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Customised or personalised products.
