Where we ship
We ship from our fulfilment centre in Budapest, Hungary to Ireland, the rest of the European Union, Norway and Japan.

Digital gift cards are sent by email straight after checkout, with no shipping.
Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Order tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Once shipped, you'll receive a link to track your delivery.
Customs, duties & taxes
Norway orders: we are not registered under Norway's VOEC scheme and do not collect Norwegian VAT at checkout. Norwegian import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery.
Japan orders: import taxes, duties and carrier clearance fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please:

- Contact the courier for more details.
- Email us at info@emberandearth.com if the issue persists.
Incorrect or damaged orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
